When do orders ship?

In-stock business-day orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are eligible for same-day ship out.

Can I buy individual label rolls or stacks?

Yes. Delali Supply offers individual units on applicable thermal-label products, with case and volume pricing for larger quantities.

Can I request a sample?

Yes. Sample requests are reviewed before approval and shipment.

Do you support tax-exempt purchasing?

Eligible organizations and resale customers can submit valid exemption or resale documentation for review.

What is the return window?

Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 15 days of delivery. 4" × 6" fanfold labels are final sale except for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

Do you offer local pickup?

Pickup may be available. The pickup address is provided after the order is submitted and confirmed.
